Delivery and Returns

 

ThreadED’s delivery charges depend on what you decide to order.  We only use Royal Mail to post our packages and we charge standard delivery costs in line with their sizing and pricing.  It usually takes 3-5 working days for delivery.

For our kits we send by Royal Mail Signed for so they are tracked.

If you require delivery to a country outside of the UK then we have to charge extra for postage.  Again, this is in line with Royal Mail charges.  This type of order will take longer, please expect your order to take up to 12 working days.

As global shipping charges change there may be times when our international shipping cost is incorrect, when this happens we will contact you as there may be an additional charge.

Cancellation and Returns policy

In the unlikely situation that you need to return something back to ThreadED it must be unused and in its original packaging.  You as the customer is fully responsible for the return shipping costs for return/exchange* unless the item/s are damaged, defective or incorrect**. Please inform us in writing by email (claire@thread-ed.co.uk) if you wish to return the goods before sending back.

* Recorded delivery. All goods should be sent Recorded Delivery (proof of postage will not be accepted), and must be insured for the full value of the contents. ThreadED will not be held responsible for lost or uninsured packages.

** In the very unlikely event that the wrong/faulty goods are supplied to you as the customer, please contact us in writing by e-mail (claire@thread-ed.co.uk). A full refund, including postage costs will be made on receipt of the returned goods.  Please include a description of the damage together with the invoice.

ThreadED will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item within 30 days after we have received the goods from you in the condition requested above.

Exchange Your Goods

Please let us know by email to claire@thread-ed.co.uk if you wish to exchange the item/s you have purchased.  ThreadED will exchange the items within 10 working days of receipt of the returned items.  Please check that the item you wish to exchange to is in stock as our products are in limited stock due to seasonal variations. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of the return postage.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you the Customer and ThreadED if:
(a) we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
(b) we do not deliver to your area
(c) one or more goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If ThreadED do need to cancel the contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any money deducted by us from your credit card or PayPal account within 30 days of your order. We will not be required to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment suffered.
