ThreadED offers this website to you, the user, upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing an item from ThreadED, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional Terms and Conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the ThreadED site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using the ThreadED website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any of our services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
“Contract” means either (a) the set of web pages completed by the customer, which provide details of goods required, customer delivery address, payment card details, etc, and which incorporate the terms and conditions set out herein, and is concluded by us despatching the goods to you, the contract is concluded by us despatching the goods to you;
“Goods” means any goods and/or material supplied by us to you and available for sale on this website or at our shop.
“Rights” means all copyright, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), patents, rights in trade marks (whether registered or unregistered), database rights or other intellectual property rights in this website and the goods, for the full term of those rights, worldwide.
“You” means the person, firm or company placing the order in the terms set out herein.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current ThreadED store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of our Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to the ThreadED website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the ThreadED website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Cancellation and Returns policy
In the unlikely situation that you need to return something back to ThreadED it must be unused and in its original packaging. You as the customer is fully responsible for the return shipping costs for return/exchange* unless the item/s are damaged, defective or incorrect**. Please inform us in writing by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you wish to return the goods before sending back.
* Recorded delivery. All goods should be sent Recorded Delivery (proof of postage will not be accepted), and must be insured for the full value of the contents. ThreadED will not be held responsible for lost or uninsured packages.
** In the very unlikely event that the wrong/faulty goods are supplied to you as the customer, please contact us in writing by e-mail (email@example.com). A full refund, including postage costs will be made on receipt of the returned goods. Please include a description of the damage together with the invoice.
ThreadED will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item within 30 days after we have received the goods from you in the condition requested above.

Exchange Your Goods
Please let us know by email to email@example.com if you wish to exchange the item/s you have purchased. ThreadED will exchange the items within 10 working days of receipt of the returned items. Please check that the item you wish to exchange to is in stock as our products are in limited stock due to seasonal variations. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of the return postage.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you the Customer and ThreadED if:
(a) we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
(b) we do not deliver to your area
(c) one or more goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If ThreadED do need to cancel the contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any money deducted by us from your credit card or PayPal account within 30 days of your order. We will not be required to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment suffered.
Selling Finished Items
All ThreadED designs are protected by copyright. ThreadED is currently working on trademarking designs.
Please no selling finished items online.
If you do decide to make to sell for a charity stall, please sell up to a maximum of 20 and please be kind enough to credit ThreadED with the original design.
You may wish to add a label saying Design by ThreadED. Made by (add your name here).
Please also remember that ThreadED products are not designed to be made as toys. Anything you make up from our patterns or kits are your responsibility in terms of end use and being fit for purpose.
If you do decide to make and sell ThreadED designs with the requested attribution, please make sure that you charge a price that reflects your time and love.
VAT (Value Added Tax) where charged is applied at 17.5% (set by National Rate).
Our liability to you in contract law or in tort or otherwise howsoever arising in relation to these terms and conditions is limited to our charges for the goods. We will not be liable to you for any loss or destruction of the goods, temporary or otherwise, which occurs following use or application of the goods. Although we will endeavour to ensure that the goods are safe to use, we will not, except insofar as it cannot exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, be liable for any damage (physical or otherwise), loss or expense caused either directly or indirectly by use.
We will not liable for any breach of these terms and conditions caused by matters beyond our reasonable control including acts of God, fire, lightning, explosion, war, disorder, flood, industrial disputes, weather of exceptional severity or acts of local or central government or other authorities.
We reserve the right not to sell to any prospective customer at our sole discretion.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties on the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all representations, communications and prior agreements between the parties in that regard.
Each party acknowledges that upon entering into this Contract it does not rely and has not relied on any representation (whether negligent or innocent), statement or warranty made or agreed to by any person (whether a party to this Contract or not) except those expressly referred to in this Contract. the only remedy available in respect of any misrepresentation or untrue statement made to either party shall be a claim for damages for breach of contract under this Contract. This clause shall not apply to any statement, representation or warranty made fraudulently, or to any provision of this Contract which was induced by fraud for which the remedies available shall be those available under the law governing this Contract.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Contract and any relevant interaction between the parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in relation to any claim, dispute or difference which may arise hereunder or in relation to any relevant interaction between the parties prior to this Contract.
